Water is important

Water is important to weight lass. It's said that one should drink their weight, divided by two in ounces.
If you want to lose fat, water is key. It's beneficial because it curbs hunger, make you feel full, boosts your metabolism and replaces sugary drinks such as juice, sodas and milkshakes.
Water is zero calories too, so drink up!
